Offered on account of the estate of J. C. Miller, a weatherboard bungalow on a section of 24 perches at 39 Watford street, Papanul, was sold for £4250 at public auction yesterday. The sale was held by Sherris and Wilson. Ltd., in conjunction with Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr C. Robertson. The house has two livingrooms and three bedrooms. The Government valuation is £3325 The initial bld was £4OOO. ■ There were two bids of £5O, I and six of £25.
