NOTICE (s hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Malvern County Council held on the Sth day of May. 1967. the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Friday. June 9, 1967, at 10.15 a.m at the Council Chambers. Darfield. RESOLUTION That in pursuance and In exercise of the powers conferred on it in that behalf by the Counties Act, 1956, the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1956, and the Rural Housing Act. 1939. and amendments and regulations made thereunder and of all the other powers thereunto enabling, the Malvern county , Council doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order to borrow the sum of Nine Thousand Pounds (£9000) by a loan to be known as the Rural Housing Loan. 1967, for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the said Rural Housing Act, 1939 sub ject to the following cond! tlons: 1. That the rate of interest that I may be paid In respect of I the said loan or so much I thereof as is for the time being raised and not repa’d. shall be four and three quar ters per cent per annum pay able half yearly, the first such payment to be made not later than six months after thq date of the payment of the first Instalment of the loan by the Corporation to the said Council, such Inter est to be computed on the daily debtor balances in the accounts of the Corporation 2. That the Council shall pay to the Corporation each half-year In reduction of the principal moneys advanced by the Cor poration to the Council an amount equal to the sum of all the amounts which are expressed to be payable to the Council during each half year by the agreements entered into with the said Council by the various farmers to whom the said Council has advanced any of the loan moneys, to gether with any additional amounts which may be paid 3. That no amount payable by the Council in respect of principal or interest owing to the Corporation shall be paid out of loan moneys 4. That no amount shall be pay able for brokerage underwriting or procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said loan or any part thereof. 5. That the security for the said loan shall be a special rate of 0237 d in the pound (£1) upon the capital value of all rateable property within the County of Malvern. 6. That the term of the said loan shall not exceed thirty (30) years. Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act, 1956. it is hereby further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meet ing of the Malvern County Coun cil to be held in the Council Chambers, Darfield, on Friday June 9, 1967. for confirmation as a Special Orddr. A copy of this Special Order is deposited at the offices.of the Malvern County Council, Darfield. and is open for the inspection of the public during ordinary office hours until the said 9th day of June, 1967.
