WON PRIZE
The Junior Red Cross Circle at the Cerebral Palsey School were the winners of the Gladys Hardy Cup for the best international Friendship Album prepared by a mixed age group of children in the North Canterbury area. “This was a wonderful effort for these handicapped children,” said Miss T. Eldridge at the annual meeting of the North Canterbury Junior Red Cross yesterday.
Twins Feat—Mrs Patricia Kerr, of Broadmeadows, has given birth to her third set of twins in five years—a feat described by doctors as “quite remarkable.”—(Melbourne.).
