DRIVER KILLED
(N.Z. Press Association) HASTINGS, May 9. A married man with eight children was killed instantly when the heavy front-end loader he was driving overturned on the bank of the Ngaruroro river this morning. He was Bernard Henry Sandilands, aged 37, a driver, of 614 Avenue road west, Hastings. The river bank gave way and the tractor tipped over, crushing the canopy.
