Meat Moved
(N.Z. Press Association) NAPIER, May 8. Meat from freezing works at Whakatu and Tomoana was shifted by the railways this morning. The Napier Chief Stationmaster, Mr R. H. Schofield said the meat was for the Port Victor, loading at Napier. “We got permission from Wellington to run the engine to pick up the meat,” he said.
