Role Of Small Airlines (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 3. Air travel in New Zealand was by no means entirely in the hands of the larger companies, said the Minister of Civil Aviation (Mr Gordon) today. Statistics given by the Civil Aviation Department showed that small, privatelyowned airlines played a big part in the fields of air travel and tourism, said Mr Gordon.
