Commission Buys 78 p.c.
(N.Z. Press Association) NAPIER, May 3. With competiton limited, 78 per cent of the 29,000 bales offered at the Napier wool sale today was passed to the Wool Commission. The market showed little change from the tone of the recent Wellington sale. The official report said that there was a fully representstive bench of buyers. Although there were a few attractive lots of fully-grown fleece, most of the offering showed some discoloration. The autumn shorn secondwas in good order.
