The head of the Soviet Air line, Aeroflot, in The Hague, Vladimir Alexeyevich Gloukhov, was charged tonight with an “attempt to obtain Dutch State secrets.” Earlier today Dutch detectives seized him in an Amsterdam street and bundled him into a car after a fierce struggle.
