A scholarship (£75 for a year) may be awarded to a student whose home is and iigs been in the Kaikoura County for the last three years although the student in that time may have been absent from the County for educational purposes. Scholarships shall not be tenable below Form V and may be used to attend a secondary school, technical institute, or university.
