Parera Still In Port
The coastal motor vessel Parera, which has been delayed at Lyttelton for 12 days because of the master’s refusal to sign on a seaman as member of the crew and because the crew will not take her to sea without this particular seaman, is still in port.
No solution to the dispute was in sight yesterday.
