Gaol For Five Years (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) SYDNEY, October 31. A solicitor who gambled a total of $121,000 in a twoyear period, was sentenced in Sydney Quarter Sessions today to five years’ gaol. The Court was told he had gambled $41,650 of his clients money, after losing $BO,OOO of his own. He is Reginald Prentice, aged 36, of suburban Potts Point. He pleaded guilty to 13 charges of fraudulent misappropriation and 13 of having fraudulently omitted to account for trust funds. The charges covered a twoyear period from October, 1962, to October 15, 1964.
