Price Increases
Sir, —Some people have the mistaken idea that if they vote for Labour all our ills will be cured. There is only one way to put a stop to being exploited by shopkeepers: the consumer should not buy if he thinks the price is too high. Consumer resistance will bring prices down. —Yours, etc., BY THE WAYSIDE. October 30, 1966.
