No Plans For Issue

Reregistration of C. W. F. Hamilton and Company, Christchurch-based manufacturer of earth-moving and industrial equipment, as a public company is announced in the current “Mercantile Gazette.”

Asked last evening whether there were any plans for a public issue, the governins director (Mr C. W. F. Hamilton) said there were not. He said it would suit his organisation better to be a public company. Other new companies are:
