The New Zealander, Red Handed, underlined his hopes for the Caulfield and Melbourne Cups with a fine win in the £2400 Queen's Cup (one mlie and a half) at MorphetviUe on Saturday. Red Handed is trained by J. B. Cummings, trainer of last year’s Melbourne Cup winner, Light Fingers. Red Handed <lB/10 favourite) won by a length from Unrivalled (11/1), with Red Brass (9/1) a length away third.
