ADVENTURER REACHED AT SEA.—Captain William Willis, aged 72, shown before leaving New York in June on a solo journey to Plymouth, England. He was reached last week about 850 miles east of New York by the Coast Guard cutter Ingham. Captain Willis, on board his lift craft Little One, had reported to a passing freighter that he was suffering from a strangulated hernia.
