NEW DELHI, August 28.
Members of the Indian Parliament on Friday launched a sweeping attack on the United States, Britain and other Western countries, accusing them of giving Pakistan arms and moral support against India.
Some of them suggested; that India should have a; nuclear deterrent to counter: the war preparations they claimed Pakistan was making. They also voiced their fears of China, said to be working in collusion with Pakistan against India. One Independent member said China had taken over command of the army in the eastern wing of Pakistan and seemed to be planning to invade India from there and
