Peace Talks In Vietnam (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 22. The Vietnam War would end when North Vietnam was forced to come to peace talks, the Pulitzer Prize-winner, Mr Peter Arnett, said today. The former Invercargill journalist who won America’s top award in journalism for his reporting in Vietnam was in Wellington today to see friends before returning to Vietnam. He said it could be two years before North Vietnam was forced to come to peace talks.
