Long Service

Chief Mechanician H. B. Warner will retire on Wednesday after 31 years—one of the longest periods of service in the New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy and the Royal New Zealand Navy. He has served in almost every New Zealand fighting ship, including the Leander, Achilles and Bellona.— (P.A.)
