Dead Man Named
The body of a man found dead in bush near Seddonville late on Monday afternoon was identified yesterday. He was Alan Clarke, aged 30, a corporal airframe fitter at the R.N.Z.A.F. Base, Wigram. Mr Clarke came to New Zealand from Britain about three months ago. An inquest into his death will be opened before Christchurch Coroner (Mr A. T. Bell) today and adjourned after evidence of identification has been given.
