SUMMIT TALKS
Warsaw Pact Nations (N.Z.P.A.-Reuttr—CoMright) MOSCOW, June 19. The Soviet bloc has announced plans for a Warsaw Pact summit meeting in Bucharest early next month. The summit talks were announced by the Tass news agency, in a report that foreign ministers of the seven Warsaw Pact nations have been meeting in Moscow. It was the first official announcement of the meeting since it began 12 days ago. The Communist Party leadera and prime ministers of the seven nations will meet in the Rumanian capital on or about July 5, said officials.
