A weatherboard bungalow at 12 Croydon street, Beckenham, was sold immediately after being passed in at £2BOO at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr D. Chapman. The house has a lounge, breakfastroom, diningroom, three bedrooms, sunroom, hall, kitchenette, bathroom and laundry. Outbuildings on the section of one rood 30.7 perches include a glasshouse and a garage. Offered on account of Mrs Jane Fitzpatrick, a weatherboard bungalow at 3 Bletsoe avenue, Spreydon, was sold for £2300. The auctioneer was Mr W. Wood. The house has a lounge, two bedrooms, livingroom and sunroom. There is also a garage and a coalshed on the section of 24 perches.
