PARK SHELTER.—The Arthur’s Pass National Park Board is building shelters in many parts of the park for public use. This one, just completed, is in Arthur’s Pass township, and is the largest built so far. It contains facilities for day visitors and tramping parties, and also contains the fire tender operated by the volunteer fire brigade.
