A fattening, cropping, and small seeds holding of 243 acres one rood 36 perches freehold and 11 acres leasehold at Amberley was sold for £38,171 at public auction last week. The property was offered for Mr W. I. C. Streeter by Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr W. H. Archdall.
