Silverwater Plant Named (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, June 9. Imperial Chemical Industries of Australia and New Zealand has reserved the name Eastern Nitrogen, Ltd. for a company to be formed to run the 20m dollar joint ammonia plant to be built at Silverwater, N.S.W. This company will be the holding company for the joint nitrogenous fertiliser venture of 1.C.1.A.N.Z., Bofal, Conzinc Riotinto of Australia and Mitsui and Company Ltd. 1.C.1.A.N.Z. will have a 51 per cent holding in Eastern Nitrogen. Boral and its partly-owned subsidiary, Petro • chemical Holdings, will hold 23 per cent, C.R.A. 20 per cent, and Mitsui 6 per cent.

Directors will include Mr T. B. Swanson (joint managing director of 1.C.1A.N.Z.), Mr A. W. Hamer ( a director of 1.C.1.A.N.Z.) and Mr A. J. Rew (a director of C.R.A.), according to documents lodged with the Registrar of Companies in Sydney.
