Mrs Gandhi ' Confident (N.Z.P.A -Reuter—Copyright) NEW DELHI, May 15. Government relief tad started to yield results in the famine-ravaged areas of India’s Orissa State, the Indian Prime Minister, Mrs Indira Gandhi, said today. She said she was confident “the bad days” would soon be ended if the Government’s relief measures were applied actively and energetically. During a three-day tour of the State which ended today, Mrs Gandhi dropped part of her official programme for an unscheduled series of visits to badly-hit villages.
