Collapsed At Games
(N.Z. Pren Association) HASTINGS. Pam Burnett, of Putaruru, former national field event champion, collapsed as she completed a high jump at the Hastings Highland Games yesterday and was taken to the Hastings Hospital. Miss Burnett, an Empire Games representative at Perth in 1962, failed to get up after completing a 4ft Sin jump. Last night she was reported as recovered and was expected to be able ta travel home.
