President Ferderand Marcos has ordered an inquiry into government de. partments whose heads are alleged to have hired girls more for “cuddling** than working, the Associated Press reported. Already he has sacked all nine top ranking officers of the Criminal Investigation Service after investigating reports that the girl "agents’* they employed were not for catching crooks.
