Seddon, executive officer for social development in the South Pacific Commission, New Caledonia; lecturer in education, Mr G. Nuthall, research associate in the Bureau of Educational Research, University of Illinois; lecturer in geology. Dr. D. Shelley, fellow of Liverpool University. Resignations: Lecturer in chemistry. Dr. K. R. Ryan, to join C.5.1.R.0.: senior lecturer in sociology, Dr. C. H. Gray, to undertake private research.
