Nkrumah

Sir, —So Dr. Nkrumah is the latest socialist leader to be displaced from leadership. The propaganda from Ghana that the people are overjoyed can be treated as eyewash. No Army Government yet has given the people a human rights policy. A most important question is, what influence, and of what country is percolating into the African independent states, the Asian countries and South America, agitating the people against their elected leaders? Killed or displaced are Lumumba of the Congo, Ben Bella (Algeria). Mrs Bandaranaike (Ceylon), Dr. Jagan (Guiana), the Dominican president, and Peron (Argentinian Now Dr. Sukarno, of Indonesia, is being shaken. Dr. Castro (Cuba) has survived the onslaughts. How long will these countries tolerate this subtle interference in their domestic affairs?—Yours, etc., JUSTICE. February 28, 1966.
