A weatherboard bungalow at 4 Browning street, Sydenham, was sold for £2805 at public auction yesterday. A house at 642 Barbadoes street, St. Albans, has been sold for £2525, the Government valuation, by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd. The property was passed in at auction last week.
