A weatherboard bungalow at 4 Browning street, Sydenham, was sold for £2805 at public auction yesterday. The house has two bedrooms, hall, lounge, livingroom, bathroom, kitchenette, sunroom-dinette, and laundry. There is also a garage and a workshop on the section of 24.2 perches. The property was offered on account of Mrs M. G. Gladwin by Mr J. Dyer. Mr Dyer passed in at £3lOO Mr L. Allan Watson’s roughcast house at Rakaia Huts. The house has two bedrooms, lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom. Outbuildings on the section of 40 perches include a detached bedroom, garage-workshop, boatshed, and woodshed. A house at 642 Barbadoes street, St. Albans, has been sold for £2525, the Government valuation, by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd. The property was passed in at auction last week.
