DIAL FOR A DRINK.—The Genie system of ordering drinks without asking for them has been introduced at Hackney Wick, London. By dialling the appropriate number, the barmaid comes with the order on the tray. The “menu” gives a choice of more than 200 drinks. Each drink has a code number. A patron is shown dialling for a drink.
