TRADESMEN SOUGHT

Company Looks To Yugoslavia (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 12. The personnel manager of Fletcher Industries, Ltd., Mr L. Heron, has left for Jugoslavia to recruit tradesmen for his firm. His company hopes to bring to New Zealand about 250 workmen in parties of 20. The first group is likely to arrive early in the New Year. Labour Department officials in Auckland said today that the company had notified the department of its intention to hold the recruiting drive. Approval had been given provided the recruits were all tradesmen and complied with other conditions for immigration into New Zealand.
