Caused Death Of Brother (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 12. “1 do not think there is any point for me to repeat the very tragic and sad consequences of your actions on this day,” Mr H. Rosen, S.M., told Henry William Wilkinson, aged 17. an apprentice bricklayer, in the Magistrate’s Court today. Wilkinson appeared for sentence on three charges to which he had earlier pleaded not guilty: causing the death of Owen Henry Wilkinson (his brother) while drunk in charge of a motor car. car conversion, and driving without a licence. He was fined £35. £25. and £5 respectively and released on a total of 18 months’ probation. His licence was cancelled for three years. Special conditions of his probation were that he was not to associate with people the probation officer may direct him to avoid and that he abstain from alcohol during the period.
