The security for the loan shall be a special rate of £.0001283 In the pound on the rateable capital value of the board’s Land Drainage Area as described in a Resolution of the board dated the twenty-second day of May, 1952, and as altered from time to time by Resolutions of the board under Section 59 of the Christchurch District Drainage Act, 1951.
