Man Drowned In Harbour
(N.Z. Press Association) GISBORNE, Nov. 4. A man was drowned when he missed his footing while boarding a fishing boat at Gisborne last night. He was: Michael Edward Duggan, aged 62, of Gisborne. Two companions who had boarded the boat ahead of Mr Duggan were unable to help him and called the police.
