Weatherley On Terrific

J. T. Anderson will not be coming to Riccarton to ride Terrific in the New Zealand Derby on Saturday. This TakanLni colt was his only ride on New Zealand Cup Day so he has decided to remain in the north to ride at the Napier Park meeting. The Matamata apprentice, D, A. Weatherley, will now ride Terrific in the classic. There has also been a change of riders for Sparkling Maid in the New Zealand Cup. K. S. Cullen, who would have had to put up over-weight, has been replaced by the Gore apprentice, R. T. Casey.
