TERRELL WINS

First Knot Untangled (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copi/rioht) TORONTO. The American, Ernie Terrell, last night earned the right to meet Cassius Clay or Floyd Patterson for the undisputed world heavy-weight championship. Terrell, the World Boxing Association champion, retained this title with a unanimous points decision against the Canadian, George Chuvalo, over 15 rounds. Clay meets the former world champion, Patterson, for what is generally recognised as the world championship at Las Vegas on November 22.

’file winner of the contest will then meet Terrell to sort out the heavy-weight boxing tangle. There were no knock-downs in last night's fight and only once did the champion appear to be in any trouble. That was in the final found when Chuvalo caught him with a looping right to the jaw.
