LANDINGS ON MOON
Possibility Of Conflict

September 15 A possible Soviet-American conflict over a landing site on the moon was foreseen today by a speaker at the Washington conference on world peace through law. Professor Ivan A. Vlastic, law professor at McGill University, Montreal, called for an agreement between the United States and the Soviet Union to prevent any disputes over moon exploration.
