Aggression In Selling Urged (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 30. New Zealanders had been spoilt by the recent buoyancy in the country’s economy and had not realised the importance of an aggressive approach to export marketing, Mr J. P. Young, an Australian business consultant, said in Auckland yesterday. To succeed in the field of export selling it was important to work on a continuing basis. Australia was doing that and had realised that the Asian market would be its greatest trading partner of the future. New Zealand on the other hand run hot and cold, he said. Ffom his observations around New Zealand it appeared evident that salesmen had not got the message to get out and sell.
