Post Office Unbeaten

Players reached top form in readiness for the forthcoming Canterbury championships in the sixth round of the Canterbury A grade inter-club bitliiards competition. B. Kirkness (N.8.W.M.C.) scored the highbreak of the evening, 75. The competition leader, Post Office, was still unbeaten at the end of play. Its No. 1 player, E. Simons, was in top form against Woo'lston, and G. Carson, playing No. 2, -produced his best billiards this season in defeating T. Minstrom. The Canterbury championships begin today.
