Expensive Sections
(N Z Press Association) WELLINGTON. May 30. Eight Lower Hutt sections sold for £24.350 in 25 minutes at an auction on Saturday. The sections ranged from 20 to 30 perches and averaged £3044 each. They were sold at the request of Trustees Executors and Agency Comnany. trustees of the William Thomas Orr estate. A spokesman for the loint auctioneers. Ralnh Simnson, Ltd., and H. Ernest lighten. Ltdsaid the sale was unprecedented in Hutt Valley.
