Capping Book Review
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 3. Steps will be taken to have the “whole question of the Auckland University capping book and its character” in the future reviewed, said the Vice-Chancellor, Mr K. J. Maidment, today. He said the Students’ Association had agreed with a suggestion by Mr Maidment and the deans’ committee, that this be done. “What has hitherto been a publication calling for considerable public indulgence needs to become something more pronerly representative of an institution which figures as largely in the life of Auckland and New Zealand generally as does this university,” said Mr Maidment
