Industrial Land Sold

A house and four acres and a half of industrial land at 187 Maces road, Bromley, has been sold by private treaty by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd. The property was passed in at £lO,OOO when offered at auction recently. A bungalow at 16 Judge street, Opawa, was sold for £2850 at public auction yesterday. The properly was offered by Mr N. H. McCrostie, who was acting in conjunction with Baker Bros , Ltd.

The house has three bedrooms, sunroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and two livingrooms. There is also a garage on the section of 40 perches. The Government valuation is £3150.
