The Sydney sprinter, Time And Tide, has been allotted top-weight in the rich autumn sprints, the Oakleigh Plate and the Newmarket Handicap. • The £ASOOO Oakleigh Plate will be run over 51 furlongs at Caulfield on February 20, and the £A12,000 Newmarket over six-furlongs at Flemington on March 6. Time and Tide has been handicapped 94 for the Plate and 9-2 for the Handicap. In the Newmarket, Time And Tide has five pounds more than Star of Heaven (8-11).
