(N.Z. frets Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 19. Mr Gough Whitlam, the deputy-leader of the Australian Labour Party, today refused to comment on reports published in Australia that he had discussed Federal politics while in Dunedin. “I have made no statement to the press in New Zealand on Australian Labour Party affairs and personalities while on holiday here, and I do not propose to do so now,” he said.
