JUNGLE WAR TRAINING

School Cadets’ Course (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 19. One hundred school cadets left Linton camp today to spend five days studying jungle warfare techniques in the Tararuas.

Their five days in the bush are part of an experimental officer training course which began on January 4. All of the boys were specially selected. They have all spent three years or more in the cadets, hold either School Certificate or University Entrance, and are all over 16.
