100 Wickets To Sharp
The 11 wickets that the West-University off-spinner, P. A. Sharp, took against Old Collegians gave him his hundredth wicket in senior cricket since he began playing in Christchurch in 1963. Sharp took 10 wickets in the two matches he played in the 1962-63 season, 60 wickets last season, and so far this season he has taken 40 wickets.
