ECONOMY RUN

Australians To Take Part Two Sydney car enthusiasts, the winners of the ninth Australian Mobil economy run, will compete unofficially in the forthcoming New Zealand economy run. Participation in the 517mile New Zealand run from Wellington to Auckland on November 13 and November 14 was the major prize won by Mr A. W. Long and Mr G. F. Armstrong of Sydney. They will arrive in Wellington on November 8 and will spend some time with the Government Transport Department and the Wellington City Council Traffic Department to become familiar with the New Zealand Road Code and local driving conditions. They will drive a Chrysler Valiant, similar to the car they used in the Australian run.
