Brief Custody Allowed

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) NEW YORK, Oct 18.

Mrs Nelson A. Rockefeller has won custody for two months a year of the four children she gave up to marry New York’s Governor.

A Supreme Court justice, who made the ruling, also gave Mrs Rockefeller custody of the children for brief holiday periods each year. This settled a bitter custody fight between the State’s first lady and Dr. James S. Murphy, the man she divorced to marry Governor Rockefeller.
