A basketball miracle happened in an Olympic game between Mexico and Japan yesterday. With his team leading 32-30, Mario Pena, of Mexico, grabbed a rebound under the Mexican goal and hurled the ball like a discus towards the opposite goal. The ball arched through the air, travelled about 25 yards and fell neatly in tha hoop without touching the backboard.
